When selling to Naledi:
We require your ID card or book to fill out our Second-Hand good register in accordance to the Second-Hand Goods Act 6 of 2009
The Second-Hand Goods Act 6 of 2009 aims:

to regulate the business of dealers in second-hand goods and pawnbrokers, in order to combat trade in stolen goods;
-
to promote ethical standards in the second-hand goods trade; and
-
to provide for matters connected therewith.

This information obtained from the seller is protected by the POPI act and will not be used by Naledi or any other 3rd party entity.

When Buying at Naledi:
When you, the customer purchase any form of 'used or second-hand' item from Naledi we are instructed by law to gather all necessary information in accordance with the Second-Hand Goods act 6.
This includes:

Current Home address

ID Number

Buyer Signature

All information is kept safe from the public and is only accessible by Naledi management and the SAPD. All information is protected by the POPI act and will not be shared with anyone.

When Paying:
We want all our customers to be at ease when purchasing at Naledi, that is why we only use trusted South African banks to manage our finances.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and all major South African Banks with the help from Capitec through their card machines.
We also accept EFT and cash.

Online Payment:
All online sales will be completed through our trusted online partner, Paystack.
All information given through the Paystack gateway will be kept safe between your Bank and Paystack.
No external information given to Paystack can be accessed by Naledi or any other third party.

Delivery:
Naledi offers Delivery in and around the Potchefstroom area. The address information given to us by the customer is used only by Naledi and the delivery drivers of Naledi to locate the customers address for delivery purposes only.

Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed the same day, and shipping times may vary based on your location.

Please Note we only deliver in an around Potchefstroom, and charge R150 - R200 Shipping fee depending on your location.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. For more details on the refund process, please contact our customer service team.

If in the case a customer has bought a Quality Bedding mattress and the original packaging has been removed Naledi will not conduct a refund.

If in the case a wrong sized mattress was bought and the original packaging was removed Naledi will not be accountable and will not conduct a refund.

If Naledi deem the reason for a refund unrealistic unsatisfactory we will not conduct a refund on any furniture items, especially when damaged by the client.

Naledi will be accountable for any item damaged during transport by our own transportation services.
​
Any item damaged by the clients own transportation will void the refund policy and the client will be held accountable.
​
Any improper ways of loading against the will of management at Naledi will VOID the refund policy.
